Not camping, but what a campfire we had tonight!

awesome summer campfire and friends

Tonight's campfire was a big one! We attended a Sweet 16 birthday party at a friend's house, and the weather was perfect! Barely a whisper of a breeze, and still seventy degrees after dark. A beautiful night.

  1. Every year we have what we call a chill cookout, it's about the last week in September or the first week in October, we have hayrides, tons of food, and a huge bonfire. This looks like it was a lot of fun Jim.

As I get older I must confess that Rv camping sounds better and better, but for now we still tent camp and I do that so my son can enjoy some of the things I did when I was his age.

I think it's my most favorite thing to do (camping) it certainly makes for better communication and family time.

I truly enjoy this place. I am going to add it to my short story blog if you don't mind.
